  • How do you pick your treat selection?

    We do not make any treats!

    We source treats from fellow small businesses around the US that are preservative-free, all-natural, & contain minimal ingredients.

    You can be sure that your pup is getting the healthiest & yummiest treats from us!

  • How do I store the barkuterie treats?

    We suggest transferring the treats into an air-tight container in a cool, dry area.

    The best option (& our preference) is to store the treats in an air-tight container in the freezer for extended shelf life since the treats we source do not have any preservatives and typically have a shorter shelf life.

    Treats stored in the freezer will stay fresh up to a few months.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    Yes! We offer shipping nationwide (USA)! Barkuterie will be vacuum sealed for freshness & shipped straight to your door.

  • What is your turn around time for shipping?

    All orders are processed within 4-6 business days of receiving order confirmation. This does not include shipping time. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

    Please keep in mind that USPS & UPS have been experiencing many delays and once shipped, it is out of our control.

  • How much should I be feeding my pup?

    Treats in our barkuterie can be spread out up a week or two! A barkuterie should not replace a meal and should be given as treats.

    Please always consult with your vet if you have any questions or concerns about introducing new foods to your pup!

  • Can you adjust to my pup's dietary restrictions?

    YES! We completely understand the struggles of allergies, diets, likes, dislikes, etc. We carry a variety of proteins, textures, and treats to adjust to any dietary restrictions!

  • What days & times do you offer pick-up?

    Local Pick-up is available for free at our storefront located at 60 N San Pedro St, San Jose, CA 95113.

    Our store hours are:

    Wednesdays - Sundays - 12-6PM

  • When's the latest or earliest I can order for pick-up?

    We are able to accommodate next day pick-up as long as you order by 10 AM the day before!

    We do not accept same day orders.

  • Can I choose a specific date to receive an order?

    For local orders, yes! We offer free pick-up at our storefront in San Jose every day. Please note the preferred date on your order form!

    For shipping orders, no. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control. If you want it shipped to you within a certain week range, please plan accordingly to our processing times! Processing time is 4-6 business days & shipped via USPS/UPS. Please keep in mind postal services continue to experience delays throughout the year & try to plan accordingly!

  • What ingredients do you use?

    Because we do not make any treats & source them all from other businesses, we do not have a set ingredient list.

    All treats & businesses are listed with each order and ingredients can be found through their pages.

    Woofboard promises that all treats sourced are all-natural, preservative-free, and contain minimal ingredients.

    If your pup has any dietary restrictions, please note it on the order form & we will adjust accordingly.
